The proportional doser Dosatron D3IL10VVF is highly suitable for the precise dosing of liquids. This doser operates without electricity, powered solely by the flow of water. The motor drives a piston in the dosing adjustment system, thereby drawing the medium to be dosed into the device. Inside the doser, it mixes with the flowing water. Due to the purely flow-proportional operation, the doser works very precisely and reliably, even with pressure fluctuations. The desired dosing rate can be easily adjusted on the dosing adjustment system of the D3IL10.
With an enlarged suction area (viscosity kit), this doser is particularly suitable for dosing oils and cooling lubricants.
The D3IL10VVF doser is designed for flow rates ranging from 10 l/h to a maximum of 3 m³/h. Within this working range, liquid media can be dosed at a ratio of 1-10%. The permissible system pressure is 0.3-6 bar.
This model is the successor to the D3RE10 VVF, which is no longer produced by Dosatron.
