Dosatron Proportional Doser D3RE10AO for Precise Liquid Dosing. The D3RE10AO doser is designed for precise dosing of liquids, suitable for flow rates ranging from 10 l/h to a maximum of 3 m³/h. Within this operating range, liquid media can be dosed in a ratio of 1-10%. The permissible system pressure is 0.3–6 bar.
This doser is specifically engineered for dosing highly concentrated acids, such as propionic acid, formic acid, amino acids, and amines. The device is also resistant to hydrochloric acid up to 30%. Short-term dosing of technical-grade hydrochloric acid (38%) is possible, provided the system is flushed afterward.
This versatility enables applications in animal husbandry (e.g., poultry farming and pig fattening) for drinking water medication, nutritional supplementation, and vaccine administration.
